The mechanics in the service dept are rude and treat people like they are stupid if problem with car doesn't show up on their computer. We have had car in this shop 7 times over the transmission shuddering really bad but since a code doesn't show up they tell us nothing is wrong with the car. finally since the car is shuddering that you can't hardly keep it in the road until it hits third gear they say the car needs a clutch in it. The third one to be exact. I hope this finally fixes the transmission issues but I am really doubtful. We have had so many issues with this car that as soon as more is paid off on it so we won't go upside down on another one, we will race to another dealership to trade in. it will most assuredly will not be a ford product as this one is a piece of junk. Ford should be ashamed. More
