Jerry Johnson to the rescue. I transport residents of a nursing home on a 17 passenger FORD van. My vehicle needed multiple repairs performed by a certified FORD mechanic. I needed the service performed in one day due to a heavy next-day transport schedule. Jerry Johnson advocated for me, and my nursing home residents, to get the work on my van completed expeditiously. Jerry kept me informed about the progress being made on my vehicle, ordered parts for items to be repaired later and helped me set up a future time to install those parts. Pathetic I took my Escape in for a oil change and warranty work. The part had to be ordered and would come in the next day. When I attempted to return the next week I was told not to come because my " service rep " had called in sick! Had to wait another week. No one ever bothered to apologize for the inconvience. When I returned there was no management available. Perhaps that's the problem?! I told the clerk I talked to that I wouldn't be back. He said ok. Guess they don't need the business. More
