The 12 Volt Charger (power point) was not working. I was greeted immediately by Mr. Ron Penepent as soon as I entered the service area. Ron Penepent Changed My Mind I have a Ford Focus and I am very satisfied with my vehicle. I had been receiving "too many" calls from Larry Hill Ford to check and see if I was inte I have a Ford Focus and I am very satisfied with my vehicle. I had been receiving "too many" calls from Larry Hill Ford to check and see if I was interested in trading my vehicle or if I was satisfied with previous service. I don't respond well to that type of call. I started ignoring them and harboring an irritation that created bad feelings for the whole dearlership. I recently had a transmission problem that caused me to be stranded after normal business hours. My car was delivered to the dealership the following morning. Ron Penepent worked tirelessly to get my car back on the road as it is my only mode of transportation. He also found all the best finacial options for me every step of the way, from service to rental. My mind has changed. I will definitely use Larry Hill for my future transportation needs.
