Jerry Johnson is the most excellent and personable man ! I had left my car at Larry Hill for about a month for transmission work. I finally got my call to come in and pick it back up and soon realized after I had left my car at Larry Hill for about a month for transmission work. I finally got my call to come in and pick it back up and soon realized after I left, I was sent home and they didnt even do a oil chgange and it was obvious it needed to be done by even starting my car. I walked in and Mr.Jerry Johnson was the one who said " oh no no " I will get you set up and fixe, no reason it wasnt done!! and he went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and satisfied. He even went the extra mile asking me about my key chain stating I was a CSCC Student and congratulated me on improving myself, also, for his age ( no puns intended, or rudness ) completmented my half sleeve of roses on my forearm ! Just overall incrediable and your one lucky dealership to have him on your team! More
