Service Trip with a 2yr old! I was handled in a timely and courteous manner. Details of my service needs were made clear and I was given an estimate of time that service would be I was handled in a timely and courteous manner. Details of my service needs were made clear and I was given an estimate of time that service would be completed. I had my 2yr old granddaughter. The service waiting area was clean and capable of entertaining a 2yr old. My service was completed quicker than expected and inspection notes were explained clearly. I was made to feel appreciated as both a customer and Ford owner. One recall part is in need of being replaced.. I wasn't able to stay long enough to have the part replaced. The Service Rep said I should be just fine and come back as soon as I am able and they would have me in and out quickly to exchange the recall part with the new part. All in all, my experience was very pleasant, courteous and quick. Pretty good considering how many cars are serviced there daily!! More

Always a great experience! They have been servicing my Freestar since 2013 and have always been great to work with! They do their best to get my vehicle in and out quickly, and They have been servicing my Freestar since 2013 and have always been great to work with! While visiting with my 3 children, the service rep was super helpful getting my girls and I into our vehicle. More

However, I am even more pleased with the service I have received from Larry Hill Ford. I bought my vehicle in 2013. Since then the service received has been excellent: always professional, always responsive to my needs. In a few years I will be looking to purchase another vehicle. I will likely return to Larry Hill Ford mainly due to the service department. More

Exceeded my expectations I had made an appointment online to get my car serviced & when I got there they said the online is not working. I was very disappointed as I travel ex I had made an appointment online to get my car serviced & when I got there they said the online is not working. I was very disappointed as I travel extensively & only have a window of time for these things. However, Ron Penepent, got me in and out in one hour!!! He suggested I call the next time I needed a service. I will do that and was very pleased with the service. More
