Friendly Dealership I decided to "walk - in" for my first oil change on my new F-150 and found out the wait time was going to be close to 2 hours. I just about walked ou I decided to "walk - in" for my first oil change on my new F-150 and found out the wait time was going to be close to 2 hours. I just about walked out, but Scott Burkart stayed "engaged" and friendly and essentially helped me feel comfortable enough to stay. All of the employees that I came in contact with were friendly and willing to listen to my questions and concerns. The waiting room was large and comfortable and the large LED TV was a nice touch. My wish is that this and other dealerships I have used over the decades would invest in more "bays" and man power to be able to get a customer in and out for an oil change in an hour. 2 hours, 3 hours with the drive from home, is too much of my valuable time to invest, in an oil change. Maybe with the dealership going to appointments only for their oil changes, the wait time will be reduced. Time will tell. Thanks, DJ More

Tell me the total up front I took my vehicle in because the check engine light came on. Also was due for an oil change so I figured we could get it all done at once. When the service center called to explain what needed done (new part) my husband asked how much we would owe and was given a total, When we picked up the vehicle, our total was almost $100 more because the oil change and diagnostic fee were not included in the "total" we were given. $65 diagnostic fee to plug a computer in? Really? I understand that may be typical, but when asked how much something is going to cost, please just give the full amount for everything being done. I don't mind paying what is owed, but be up front about it! In addition, I have been having a shift to park issue intermittently, which this service dept supposedly fixed while my vehicle was still under warranty. Now they want $400 to fix it again? Why was it not fixed correctly the first time. I now know this problem is common on 2011-2013 Ford Explorers and Edges, and yet Ford still wants to gouge the customers for the cost. If it is a problem on such a large number of vehicles, Ford should take responsibility to fix at no cost to the customer. Not good customer service Ford. As much as I love my Explorer, this issue makes me question if my next SUV purchase will be another Ford. That being said, the work done was done quickly and I don't fault the person whose name I have on the card for all of this, so I am not including that in my review. More

Service Consultant, This past visit was for a repeat issue with the heat & air and Joe Trentham went above a beyond what would be expected in the servicing of my vehicle. One would expect paying at the very least the labor cost with a repeat issue, but I was pleasantly surprised when they came back with no charge. Thank you Joe and Chuck! More
