Unbelievable My truck needed spark plugs. I told Chris it needed spark plugs when I dropped it off. 24hrs later he's trying to convince me that it's not spark plug My truck needed spark plugs. I told Chris it needed spark plugs when I dropped it off. 24hrs later he's trying to convince me that it's not spark plugs but my entire engine needs to be taken apart and then blasted with walnut shells. He wants $1250 then immediately backs down to $750 when I deny service. I show up and pay my $80 diagnostic fee. I went to Gobble Auto and surprisingly got my truck running good as new for $350. More

John even drove me home so I could make it to work on time (we closed the deal later that day). To answer one of my questions about the car, John put the car on the rack at Larry Hill so that the mechanics could look the car over. By his actions I not only wanted to purchase that car but I want to use him as my only car salesman forever.
