Trusted Service When I arrived at the dealership I learned that a new appointment system had been put into place at LHF. I was not aware of this procedure. Instead of being told that I don't have an appointment and to make one, I WAS TOLD JUST THE OPPOSITE. JOE STATED " I WILL WORK YOU IN IF YOU DON'T MIND WAITING" This is service with a willingness to give great customer service. Therefore; I define the trusted service stated as Joe Trentham. We discussed the issues with my vehicle and what I wanted done. He wrote it up and worked me in quickly. I gave him my keys after and never looked back. He kept me posted on the progress and had my ticket waiting on me before I could get to the counter. Thank you Joe. You are an asset to customers which in turn benefits the dealership. More
Electrical Issue My Ford F150 developed an electrical issue, i.e. one of my daytime running lights was permanently on, even after removing the key from the ignition, a My Ford F150 developed an electrical issue, i.e. one of my daytime running lights was permanently on, even after removing the key from the ignition, and the other light was permanently off. I scheduled a service appointment online for a particular day and time (I own two Ford automobiles and Larry Hill is my dealer) and requested to wait because I did not expect any major issues. At drop off I specifically told the service advisor that my Ford was equipped with an after market DRL (daytime running light) module, installed by a Ford dealer in Canada, this DRL unit was required by the Canadian DOT when staying for an extended period. I also made it clear that I strongly suspected this module to be defective ! It took one (1) hour plus for the workshop to confirm that indeed the DRL module was defective and that the bulb of one of the lights had burned out. I instructed the workshop to remove the module and restore the wiring to the original situation (DRL's are not required in TN) - straight forward and simple -. The DRL module consists of a small sealed plastic box with 5 wires coming out of it which tie into the car's wiring system (all under the hood). This simple task took an additional 2.5 hours and the labor bill was $ 265.- (before tax) !!! With a confirmed service appointment this ordeal took a total of 3.5 hours and the bill was outrages. More

Excellent Service Dept. experience Service Consultant Ron Penepent was very knowledgeable, and courteous. We had bought a lease turn in that had been up north for 3 yrs. We have had the Service Consultant Ron Penepent was very knowledgeable, and courteous. We had bought a lease turn in that had been up north for 3 yrs. We have had the vehicle for about a year. I told him the rear disc rotor seems to have worn down differently than the front disc rotor. He explained to me that although both front and rear were disc rotors, they were made differently. The front disc rotor was vented and the rear disc rotor was not and that is why the wear patterns were different. Considering that the vehicle had been through 3 winters up north, I was satisfied with his answer and had the rear rotors and pads replaced. By the way my wife loves her 2013 escape SE ecoboost. She likes the combination of power and good gas mileage and also the heated seats! More

Excellent Service I came in last Saturday afternoon expecting a long wait and actually dreaded the visit. I was very pleasantly surprised. I got right in and the service was completed quickly. The waiting room was very relaxing and all employees were very kind. Joe Trentham in Service was the best!
