Since they have become Cleveland Ford they have taken stealership to a new level. More

This dealership does not honor anything that was promised from Larry Hill. The service department has gone from a five star to 1 star or maybe zero stars if I could put it there. I have purchased close to a quarter million dollars in vehicles between myself and my family in the last few years I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. They used to have the best service department in the area people that really care about their customers but since Cleveland Ford came in they fired most of the existing employees that in itself is just horrible. Stay away from this dealership if you know what’s good for you there are other good dealerships in our area don’t become a victim like so many of us became after the sale of the dealership. More

So someone was going to come out and talk with me what they could do I hung around for about 30 minutes and the guy did not come out. Oh well I will be going somewhere else even if I have to go to a different state. They are getting as bad as the Chattanooga ford dealer. More

I checked and it was low b My review is about my service writer and his kindness and professionalism. My wife came home with the low tire light on. I checked and it was low by about 15 pounds. I put enough air in it to get it to LHF. When I arrived I encountered Chris Jones which was my service writer. He quickly got it in and had it checked. Scott properly repaired the tire. Chris had me on my way very quickly with no problems. This is what an old school guy calls "Pleasant Service". My wife and I thank Chris for being there. I will return to LHF as long as they keep people like Chris involved. Thanks! More
