Save time and money and go somewhere else I will not give another dollar to this dealership. Very long story made as short as possible. Had trouble with my ford and had it narrowed down to the filters in the tank. I have zero means of dropping a 44 gallon tank at my house so I took it here to be fixed. They tell me it’s not the tank it’s wires to a sensor that are bad that are making it stall out well two days later and 400+ dollars down the toilet they claim it’s fixed. After driving it home I realized it was not fixed brought it back during my lunch the next day for him to hook it to a computer and say it’s fine. Fast forward to the afternoon it stalls out and dies unable to be restarted like before. So I end up getting told back after being told they would jump right on it Monday. Monday roles around I get no calls from them (ok must not have got to it) Tuesday I call around 6 and told my service provider will call me back he’s on the other line ( he didn’t) I call Wednesday morning and he is still on the phone. Call again around lunch he’s with another customer. Call again at 6 he’s back on the phone and will call me back (again he didn’t). Thursday rolls around I’m still searching for a phone call throughout the day I’m told by others that they personally grantee that he will call me back three times. Around 645 Thursday I call and keep calling from then til 7 only to have no one answer, so I leave a message. He calls me back in three to four mins finally and says that my trucks tank needed to be dropped and cleaned (this was also what I brought it to him to do in the first place) said it would cost 800 dollars but he’s tech is going on vacation so it would be another week. This is after telling me they would be on it as soon as I got it there. Needless to say I paid once again for my truck to be towed from cleveland ford to another shop to be fixed the right way. Main point: never have I ever felt let I’ve need to leave a comment let alone a story for a review but here I am. I’ve never been so mis treated or neglected in my life by any one or any business like cleveland ford did me. The empty promises and the doing nothing and charging me for it. Like I said to start I will not nor will my family ever give this company another dollar. BE WARNED More

Very dissatisfied with the experience. I am very dissatisfied with the Cleveland Ford dealership. I would not recommend anyone doing business there. If you purchased a vehicle and get a extended warrany, they will sell you one that only allows you to bring the vehicle back to Cleveland Ford for repairs, then if you have a issue they can not fix the problem. We have been dealing with this dealership for several months and have made many trips down there without the problem being solved. I am dealing directly with the service manager, thinking this would get better results. That is definitely not the case. He is very RUDE and unprofessional. He does not return calls and you have to call several time during the day to get to speak with him. I know this is not a normal practice for other dealerships. Customer service should be the number one priority, but it is last on the list at Cleveland Ford. I have got the car diagnosed at another ford dealership and have got answers, but since the warranty is not accepted there then I have to have the repairs made at Cleveland Ford. Cleveland Ford does not care if the repairs get made and say they don’t even know what is wrong with the vehicle. The technicians are not knowledgeable and the management is unprofessional. It is absolutely ridiculous for something to go on for MONTHS with no real interest in the problem. I have never experienced such poor customer service, where the management is rude to the customers. I would not recommend anyone doing any kind of business with Cleveland Ford. More

Bad experience Cleveland Ford has had my wife’s car for 3 days to find a rattle in her dashboard and still don’t have any idea when it will be completed. They fired all the good techs or they walked out on them. A shame when a company comes in from out of state and let’s all the local employees go. This used to be a top rate dealership but since it changed names it is the bottom of the barrel. More

I supposedly have four or five complementary oil changes coming to me. I have a 90 minute drive and can't get this dealer to work with me on an appointment. In fact, I tried to contact them for an entire week and no one (service or sales) would bother to call me back. NOTHING has been smooth at this dealership. With this attitude, I don't know if I want to use the service department or not. I certainly don't think I will ever drive back down there to buy a car. More

Mr. Crubaugh took my phone call when I was comparison My vehicle is approaching 100,000 miles and it was time to get specific maintenance performed. Mr. Crubaugh took my phone call when I was comparison pricing the work. After I told him I was looking for a 100,000 mile service package he politely suggested a number of services to have performed. I have not always had my vehicle serviced at this location, so he did not know the services already done. After informing him of the work done recently on the vehicle he worked on putting together a service item list with prices. He was kind enough to email the list to me so I could review and decide on my own time frame with no pressure. I feel Mr Crubaugh went above and beyond by creating the list of services and prices then emailing the list for my review. Additionally, while working with Mr. Crubaugh, I never felt rushed, pressured or felt like there was any up-selling occurring. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to fine the overall cost of the service was cheaper than anticipated. I pulled Mr. Crubaugh aside and asked if there was an oversight and that was when he informed me that he had slightly overpriced some of the services on purpose just in case there was some additional needed. I have had my vehicle serviced at this location for over nin years with mixed results. This last visit was the best experience I've had so far. Due to the experience I had with Mr. Crubaugh, I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for future services. More
