Scheduled maintenance Overall service was satisfactory. The reason I gave a satisfactory rating was because my cab chassis mounts were found to be defective after being rep Overall service was satisfactory. The reason I gave a satisfactory rating was because my cab chassis mounts were found to be defective after being replaced in June 2018 at crown ford in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The service representative at Cleveland Ford stated he would try to have the cab chassis mounts replaced at no cost if I sent him proof that mounts were replaced. Receipt of service was emailed to him Thursday August 8th. I believe the cab mounts should be replaced by Cleveland Ford at no cost to me. Cleveland Ford should be reimbursed by Ford for their work. Also a recall for the defective part should be initiated and the part should be redesigned to prevent further defects and expenditures More

Focusing on service before a trip. Took one of our Focus in for regular maintenance before a trip. The list we had was completed and an equally long additional list was recommended. We Took one of our Focus in for regular maintenance before a trip. The list we had was completed and an equally long additional list was recommended. We were on a short timeframe and it all was done so we were not delayed in leaving. Over 2000 miles so far (about half way through) and no issues with our 2012 Focus. 122000+ and who knows how many more. More
