friendly customer service We purchased a 2017 Ford Escape and even though we have excellent credit we had just moved to Cleveland so hadn't established credit in this area. But We purchased a 2017 Ford Escape and even though we have excellent credit we had just moved to Cleveland so hadn't established credit in this area. But the sales person and financial manager worked with us and got the financing needed. Being elderly we didn't know how to set up Blue Tooth and some other things on a newer vehicle. We went back and someone set it up and answered questions that we had. All in all, a good experience with Cleveland Ford. More

I purchased a VW Tiguan had it not even a week noticed an oil leak. Spoke w dealership told to bring in but my aunt passed so couldn't get there until 2 days later. Used SUV purchase Saw a great Rav4 online Monday so I decided to drive over Tuesday to take a look. I figured if it was still there is was meant to be, well it was but Saw a great Rav4 online Monday so I decided to drive over Tuesday to take a look. I figured if it was still there is was meant to be, well it was but the whole process took 4.5 hours. Mike Krause was my salesman and he was great but the running back and forth to the sales managers office was crazy. And with an open glass office we had a clear view of all the salesmen standing around joking, laughing, and distracting him form getting anything done in a timely fashion, On top of that part taking forever when they took the SUV down to detailing to put gas in it and touch it up it took 45 minutes. When it did finally come back it had barely a half tank of gas, something smeared all over hood, which I pointed out when test driving, and the temp tag was not on yet. At this point I was done so I drove off without anything other than my temp tag. I received a call the next day asking about my experience and while I am very happy with the Rav4 and Mike our salesman I tried to explain 4.5 hours was way to long. I was then told it would have gone quicker if I would have called and made an appointment. The day I have to schedule and appointment to look at a car is the day I go back to horseback riding. I think it is ridiculous to expect people to make an appointment for this, and I also feel I was not listened to when I relayed my feelings. So the moral of this story is if you have all day to buy a car this is a great place to go. More
