Customer Service is Pathetic I purchased a slightly used F-150 that I love; however, when attempting to find out who my financing is through, not a single person is willing to get I purchased a slightly used F-150 that I love; however, when attempting to find out who my financing is through, not a single person is willing to get back with me. They started to get rude when I called them, stating that someone would get back with me, but three weeks later, not a single attempt to contact me has occurred. To be fair, they got my payments down to where I felt comfortable and found me a beautiful truck, but as of today, I'm not sure I will have it much longer if I don't get the financial info straight so I can make my first payment! Furthermore, I was called in a week later to resign the paperwork because the financial guy had me sign the documents incorrectly the first time. It's about a 30 mile trip out of my way. More
