Used truck purchase and service after the sale We live near Knoxville, TN and needed a 2016 or earlier F-250 which would fit in our garage. We saw a truck online at Cleveland Ford which we wanted to check into. Our salesman, Elliott Harris, worked with us even before we made the 65 mile trip from our house to the dealership. He took a video of the truck comparing the length to a similar F-150 that we had to trade in. He even measured it for us. We knew before we even saw the truck that it would fit in our garage. We loved the tuck when we saw it and took it for a test drive. Our only observation was that it needed tire balancing and alignment. Mark Dutton, the used car Sales Manager, assisted Elliott and us in getting the best price on the F-250 and trade-in value on our F-150. They gave us a "We Owe" slip so we could bring the truck back for service at our convenience. Ryan Martin and Brian Taylor did a great job determining one of the tires had a problem and could not be balanced within specs, even though the tires were in almost new condition. They also found out that the tire maker had stopped making that exact tire in 2018. Ryan, Brian and Mark worked together to come up with a very admirable solution. These guys did a great job and to my wife and I demonstrated the integrity and customer care that is often hard to find. Scheduled maintenance Overall service was satisfactory. The reason I gave a satisfactory rating was because my cab chassis mounts were found to be defective after being rep Overall service was satisfactory. The reason I gave a satisfactory rating was because my cab chassis mounts were found to be defective after being replaced in June 2018 at crown ford in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The service representative at Cleveland Ford stated he would try to have the cab chassis mounts replaced at no cost if I sent him proof that mounts were replaced. Receipt of service was emailed to him Thursday August 8th. I believe the cab mounts should be replaced by Cleveland Ford at no cost to me. Cleveland Ford should be reimbursed by Ford for their work. Also a recall for the defective part should be initiated and the part should be redesigned to prevent further defects and expenditures More
