Horrible customer service They talked down to me and told me to check with Nissan to get my axle fixed after an oil change. I did and found out that didn't replace my air filt They talked down to me and told me to check with Nissan to get my axle fixed after an oil change. I did and found out that didn't replace my air filter box, had to buy one, told Cleveland Ford and they didn't offer an apology or reimbursement!!!! More

Service dept. Had to have car towed in due to very dead battery. Ryan Martin is my service advisor and immediately got the car into service to diagnose the problem Had to have car towed in due to very dead battery.
