Service technician Brandy is very engaging and eager to help you get whatever help you might need as well as pointing you to the refreshment and bathrooms there.they sit down and go through the maintenance report telling you what might need attention or when the next service is due. I had to bring my new Outback in to take care of a flat tire. Ended up having to purchase a new tire. The whole process took less than an hour. I found out my definition of appointment and Cleo Bay's was completely different. I went in for a service that took about 2 hours and had an 8am appt. I called a little after noon to see if i could pick was completely different. I went in for a service that took about 2 hours and had an 8am appt. I called a little after noon to see if i could pick up my car and was told they had not started on car yet. They told me I had an appointment with the service people in the office for paperwork at 8am. The work on the car was not part of the appointment as that was done whenever the mechanic could get to it. I was called at about 5:20pm that my car was ready. I am sure glad that my doctor, plumber, or any other maintenance person I can think of don't have this appointment system. I will not use Cleo Bay service again if I can help it. More
I would not purchase a car from here or if done, I would not allow them to service the car. Ever since I purchased my car in 2017, I’ve always got the run around w them and then they even damaged the hood o not allow them to service the car. Ever since I purchased my car in 2017, I’ve always got the run around w them and then they even damaged the hood of my car and DID NOT take responsibility for it. Tried to say “ iT wAs ThErE wHeN yOu BrOuGhT iT iN .” It was not. Then they do not even complete the full the service as advised on the receipt letting you know what all work was done. Now I have to get a new car. My lesson was learned. To save you the stress, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE More

She communicated through the process often and did her best while busy and multitasking to get the refunds processed as quickly as possible. I had a great experience when buying, and thru service, but was most impressed with Kristens professional Handling of my warranty cancellation and refund.
