Then received a text and two phone calls on my way up there verifying the appointment. Get there, the SUV isn't even on the lot. And the manager says they don't even know if they'll keep the SUV to sell... Ok?.. after all of that I still decide to stay nice and positive despite feeling like my time was completely wasted. Find another SUV that I am interested in. Want to have my husband meet up later to look at. Sales guy says put down a refundable $100 to hold. Ok. Do that, then realize my husband and I can't find the time to keep looking bc I have to be at work, so I let the sales guy know. Then ask for my refund which never happened. My card was charged $100. So never ever ever will I do business with Clement. Just shady as f***. More

I wait to hear back from Brandon to send me the link to make the deposit to be told the truck is on the other lot and won’t hear back from them till probably tomorrow morning. So, I waited most of the morning for him and sent a text and tried to call but no answer. So then I called Fatima and she told a finance manager would get a hold of me so I waited longer and nothing. So, I called again and a lady told me Brandon was off today. Why he wouldn’t tell me that yesterday… But she texts and asks to help me with the deposit. He finally responded and told me the truck’s air wasn’t working and would be ready to pick up Friday just said let me know when it would be. To me it's like you don’t want to sell the truck to me. I am upset that you tried to sell me a truck that wasn’t ready to be sold then pull my credit knowing this. In the beginning I was a little upset because I found the truck on Autotrader and it was listed at price at $38,000 but once I talked to Fatima she told me that with two discounts and I don’t get both because I don’t have a trade. I let that go and still want to purchase the truck now I just have a big run around. I am from out town and travel for work and had a flight to come Friday and I have to change. I don’t have time to just sit around and wait on you guys. This is the first time I dealt with a dealership that did something like this. Couldn’t even give me a date when the truck would be ready!! Then they told me it sold at the other lot later that night! Wow all I got to say. Very upset about the whole thing and guess when the price was right on auto trader I should’ve walked away!! More
Bought a car from them after just 3 weeks it need a new alternator and was sold to me with an unfixed recall out on it. They said I had a 300,000 mile power train warranty on it and told me to maintain the alternator and was sold to me with an unfixed recall out on it. They said I had a 300,000 mile power train warranty on it and told me to maintain the warranty I had to have all my work done at a clement dealer. And still have the sticker off the window that says it has a dealer warranty. Went back up there and they said sense I didn’t purchase the extended warranty there was nothing they could do for me. They wouldn’t even fix the recall on it. Said it was sold as is even though I have the sales window sticker that says comes with dealer warranty. These guys are scammers. Go elsewhere. More
I'm very disappointed with the sales team of this dealership. Early last week I contacted customer service and mentioned I was interested in test driving a car. I received a call that morning confirming that I will be coming there in the afternoon. Then again, around a hour before my appointment, I received another call double checking to see if I was coming out to look at it. I arrived before my appointment time to find out that car wasn't there and no communication from the dealer explaining that the car was in the shop getting a new transmission!!! I was very surprised no one reached out to me and explained. I was also frustrated that I drove 30 miles away to see this car. When I arrived, the salesman I talked with seemed confused and didn't understand why I showed up or why they said they had the car. The salesman that I was supposed to meet left before I got there. I have never dealt with such a unprofessional dealership. They called me and apologized and told me they would let me know when the car would be out of the shop. I found out yesterday by going back to the link that the car was posted under that it was sold! Total waste of time and would not recommend. Cant believe nobody told me about something so important, especially since the car only had 30,000 miles. Would not recommend this dealership. More
I got my car from them a year ago. Nothing but trouble since I took it off the forecourt!!! Ive had to replace the radiator, alternator, air coolant pipes, brake callipers. I had the oil changes done at their service department, but because I missed an oil change by what I believe was a 1000 miles the warranty company would not pay the full amount. Said they would pay a 50/50 split, which when said and done was not a 50/50 split at all! They said I maxed out my warranty but at a 50/50 split it should have left 2500 on the warranty, but was told it “doesn’t work like that”!!!then got told that the warranty people don’t like to be called by consumers!!! Like I care what they think!!! Mission statement is a joke as well!!! Transparent my xxx!! They told me my starter motor had to be replaced too. Asked what the bottom line figure was and was told 830 to get my car home, and hour later they changed that figure too 1127!!! They take absolutely no responsibility for shoddy service whatsoever. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE CROOKED. What they don’t tell you at the sale is the warranty is only worth $5000. And don’t even think about not get it done with in the 4000 mile or 4 month time frame as they will stiff you on that as well. Despite the people at the service department telling you that a couple of thousand miles over won’t make a difference to your warranty. And trust me they’ll deny telling you that. They take absolutely no responsibility for anything. They claim to be transparent and pride themselves on this and have it plastered on the walls in the service department. But this is an absolute lie, they are not transparent at all. Hidden costs await you after the work has been done. There “word” is not trustworthy and as worthless as used toilet paper. Again….. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. More
They advertise a phoney 30yr/300,000 mile warranty that is only valid at their dealership. When asked if it covers local shops because I live 4 hrs away they lied and said it did. They lied about being able to see other cars they had that I was interested in. I doubt I would trust these clowns with my $ if they had the last car on earth. Further research revealed the 'warranty' only covers $5k of repairs over the 30yr/300,000 term. We didn't even get to that part of their deception. Anyone involved with these dishonest fools should be ashamed of being associated with such a collection of trash. The car was beautiful though, but I can't do business with people like this. More

We have had the car for a little over a month and used about 1 tank of gas ( driven less than 500 miles). We recently noticed it has an oil leak. We took it in and within a day we were called and it was fixed. Soon after, we noticed it was leaking again. We took it in and the repair guy told us, oh this guy is no longer here, oh this guy is no longer here. He was blaming the lack of repair on people they had to let go. He told us, they will give it a thorough look over. He called and said it was a leak where the axel meets the transmission. They fixed it (they tried to go through the extended warranty we purchased but they told us they wouldn't cover it but didn't tell us why the warranty company wouldn't cover it)They went ahead and fixed it for free. We got it back and it is still leaking. We have tried to contact the Sales team and are told its now a Service issue, even though I am pretty certain they sold us the vehicle with the leak. The Service Manager is not returning our calls so will try to drop it off again, as this issue needs to be taken care of. We went with them due to the Clement warranty and extended warranty we could get but now the car has been in the shop almost as much has we have had and no resolve and no accountability just the run around, not to mention the time, and gas spent to take it back forth from shop. More

My experience with Clement went from Horrible to Amazing! !! 1st the original vehicle that me and wife were coming to sign papers on was abruptly Sold the night before it was picked up by another salesman fr !! 1st the original vehicle that me and wife were coming to sign papers on was abruptly Sold the night before it was picked up by another salesman from another location, Super Bummed out!!!! Patrick went right to work finding us options in our range via Price, Vehicle type Etc.., the vehicle we decided on when we took it home unfortunately we just didn't love it was not a good fit for us overall, so we decided to swap it in the time frame guarantee the dealership offered,(Love it or swap it) Patrick again hit the ground running and got to work finding us what we wanted, we got into our current vehicle, which WE think is a much better vehicle then the 1st vehicle we were originally coming to get(Ironic), so even though this was in the begging turning out to be a potential disaster all around ,the outcome was a Momentous Success and Experience. I thank Patrick for all his time he spent on this deal with us the countless phone calls we had, much thanks, Patrick's has a personable attitude blended with great salesman skills and is a all around caring guy ( building rapport) I can honestly say with this experience I've gained a true lasting friendship dealing with Patrick at Clement St. Charles.
