PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! This dealership sold me a vehicle with 29, 200 miles that failed after less than two weeks of operation. The sales person (Christy) BUYER BEWARE!!!! This dealership sold me a vehicle with 29, 200 miles that failed after less than two weeks of operation. The sales person (Christy) was great, however, my experience with her employer was less than desirable. I am fresh out of a bankruptcy and could not afford the cost of an extended warranty and felt the car would be reliable for a reasonable amount of time prior to needing any moderate to major repair. The car was a 2006 Mustang GT that had aftermarket performance parts installed. One of these components was the throttle body (brand new) and unbeknownst to me, it needed to be professionally "tuned" in order to function correctly. After a bout a week or longer I did some city/stop and go driving and the car died on me several times almost getting me hit at a red light. I had a diagnostic performed and was told there was an issue with the throttle body assembly. I immediately submitted this information to the dealer and they informed me that the car had been sitting a while and the throttle body just probably needed to be cleaned and serviced and that my in house warranty only covers "internally lubricated parts." After several minutes of back and forth, the sales manager Joe agreed to have the throttle body cleaned and told me he felt this would resolve my issue. I dropped my car off as planned and upon checking on the status, I was then told by the office manager that nothing was wrong with the throttle body and that since it was a performance part it will need to be tuned to operate correctly with the vehicle. Several calls later, I found out this was in fact the issue and that professional tuning can run $110-150 dollars an hour and can take up to 4 hours. The manager didn't even have enough decency to come out and speak to me when I picked up my car, as he sent one of the porters out with my keys. None of the performance modifications were made by myself and existed on the vehicle prior to me purchasing. I feel as if the dealer should stand behind their cars and any "tuning" that needed to be done as a result of their advertised "extras" should have been done prior to selling the vehicle. In addition, the staff ,aside from my sales person, was very nonchalant, unfriendly and lackadaisical to say the least. I can admit that I did decline their extended warranty however; I highly doubt it would have covered aftermarket parts placed on the car by the previous owner. At any rate, they basically turned their back on me and told me it was my problem. I am a well informed consumer and fully understand the ramifications of not getting additional coverage's however; I do not feel its reasonable for a vehicle to fail or need several hundred dollars worth of professional work done less than two weeks after buying the vehicle. I have purchased over 16 cars in my life time, and I have never had to make any repairs on any car purchased after less than two weeks of use. I had hoped their reputation, rapports, and relationships meant more to them, but at this point I have no choice but to share my experience. The car looks great, head turning show room floor muscle car...that can only be ran on the highway after two weeks of use. If you visit the BBB's website, you will also see other reviews similar to mine regarding this dealership. I have also searched other websites and found reviews eerily similar to my own story. People purchase a car, then shortly after they have issues and the dealership refuses to stand behind their product/vehicle. To add insult to injury, they keep reiterating that I declined an extended warranty; however they never address the fact that an extended warranty probably doesn't cover AFTERMARKET AND PERFORMANCE PARTS INSTALLED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER. In all fairness, they sold me a very nice car and I will not claim that it is a lemon, however; they did sell me a car that proved not to be reliable only after less than two weeks of use. Buying from this dealership will be a crap shoot in my opinion. They have really nice cars, but do not expect them to stand behind them. As a last ditch effort, they also keep reminding me that I put close to 900 miles on the car which has absolutely nothing to do with the matter. It is a car, I have a life, yes its been driven...all xxxxxxto avoid accountability in my opinion. I will dedicate a portion of my life to sharing my experience I had with this company. Poor Communication and Leadship I went to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. For one, they did not have enough assistance I waited all night and then had to call back on Saturday to inquire about my financing. Then, when I called back on Saturday I got the run around. I was told my car was appraised for one amount and later was told it wasn't worth that amount. I asked the sales agent, what is the amount that my car was worth he never answered the question. I know what my car is worth, I was previously told by another sales agent in the office who researched and told me what it was worth pulling up the car fax. The sales agent was very unprofessional and unknowledgeable of the information that was already discussed. He also stated, they have top notch cars, but people with bad credit or not so good credit always look at the nicer cars that they can't get financed for or has to put a ton of money down. More

unprofessional, overpriced I saw a vehicle online that i was interested in. I asked my bank to see how much the vehicle was worth before i called olympic about it. My bank gave me a printout of what this vehicle was worth and broke down the pricing for it. I called olympic and asked for the amout they were asking and it was $8,000 more than what it was worth or could borrow against. When i asked the salesmen why that was i was told that it was priced right and that he does this everyday and i dont know squat. I asked who he was and he said he was a part owner. He continued to cuss and ask very lewd questions. If it was not for getting a call from work i would have gone and met this rude and unprofessional and see what he says in person. I would never go there or tell anyone to call. I honestly dont know how they stay in buissiness like that. More
BOUGHT A LEMON BUT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GREAT COND FAKED INSP! I purchase a car over priced because I thought and was told I was getting a perfect car that was well taken care of. I then tell them I want to make sure everything works, but noticed the radio did not work and was in the locked position. They then tell me not to worry, I can take it to any Cadillac Dealership and have the car reprogrammed, it wasn't that simple and Cadillac had the car for more than two business days and told me I still had to bring it back, because Olympic was bring another radio over that worked for this vehicle. The problem is it worked alright, but it was beat all up and worn badly. I then am told by the dealership that I have a headlight out, and they also tell me that my cruise control doesn't work, the third brake light is out, and the reverse sensors do not work, along with the lighter needing replaced and more. I call them and they stall and stall over and over again, until I lose my temper and now all they do is cuss me up and down when I call for a Manger or Owner. This is going to be a small claims suit and have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau More

The manager, Jim, is the most negative, unprofessional, immature adult leading the herd of disrespectful employees! It is honestly a shame that a company survives acting this way. They do not know how to properly answer the telephone, communicate effectively with their customers or show any patience! I do not feel generosity from them or any genuine concern for their customers. They seem shady and jaded and it's almost like their waiting and excited to start a war with a customer, it's pathetic and sad. They can really put a sour taste in ones mouth about car dealerships! I don't honestly understand how they can sleep sound at night as human beings knowing how they are treating people. I was hung up on by the manager who never let me get a word in and judged me right out the gate. Nobody on staff including the manager ever answer the phone and tell you their name, very odd to me and they all always have an attitude problem! I own my own business and would never treat a client this way! I also know bad word travels faster than a good word and you can bet I will spread this bad word as far and as long as I can!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Great website full of information (lots of pictures) and Carfax on every vehicle they sell (most dealers dont do this---what are they hidding?). BMW was as described..no suprises. Financing was a beeze and beat my banks rate which allowed me to get a service contract and still stay within my budget (thanks Jim). Great experience. Will go back and tell my friends. More
