unprofessional, overpriced I saw a vehicle online that i was interested in. I asked my bank to see how much the vehicle was worth before i called olympic about it. My bank gave me a printout of what this vehicle was worth and broke down the pricing for it. I called olympic and asked for the amout they were asking and it was $8,000 more than what it was worth or could borrow against. When i asked the salesmen why that was i was told that it was priced right and that he does this everyday and i dont know squat. I asked who he was and he said he was a part owner. He continued to cuss and ask very lewd questions. If it was not for getting a call from work i would have gone and met this rude and unprofessional and see what he says in person. I would never go there or tell anyone to call. I honestly dont know how they stay in buissiness like that. More
BOUGHT A LEMON BUT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GREAT COND FAKED INSP! I purchase a car over priced because I thought and was told I was getting a perfect car that was well taken care of. I then tell them I want to make sure everything works, but noticed the radio did not work and was in the locked position. They then tell me not to worry, I can take it to any Cadillac Dealership and have the car reprogrammed, it wasn't that simple and Cadillac had the car for more than two business days and told me I still had to bring it back, because Olympic was bring another radio over that worked for this vehicle. The problem is it worked alright, but it was beat all up and worn badly. I then am told by the dealership that I have a headlight out, and they also tell me that my cruise control doesn't work, the third brake light is out, and the reverse sensors do not work, along with the lighter needing replaced and more. I call them and they stall and stall over and over again, until I lose my temper and now all they do is cuss me up and down when I call for a Manger or Owner. This is going to be a small claims suit and have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau More

The manager, Jim, is the most negative, unprofessional, immature adult leading the herd of disrespectful employees! It is honestly a shame that a company survives acting this way. They do not know how to properly answer the telephone, communicate effectively with their customers or show any patience! I do not feel generosity from them or any genuine concern for their customers. They seem shady and jaded and it's almost like their waiting and excited to start a war with a customer, it's pathetic and sad. They can really put a sour taste in ones mouth about car dealerships! I don't honestly understand how they can sleep sound at night as human beings knowing how they are treating people. I was hung up on by the manager who never let me get a word in and judged me right out the gate. Nobody on staff including the manager ever answer the phone and tell you their name, very odd to me and they all always have an attitude problem! I own my own business and would never treat a client this way! I also know bad word travels faster than a good word and you can bet I will spread this bad word as far and as long as I can!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Great website full of information (lots of pictures) and Carfax on every vehicle they sell (most dealers dont do this---what are they hidding?). BMW was as described..no suprises. Financing was a beeze and beat my banks rate which allowed me to get a service contract and still stay within my budget (thanks Jim). Great experience. Will go back and tell my friends. More

Went in fully expecting to buy a car. Paul was dealing with 4 different groups of people and kept blowing us off. I had to practically beg to test drive the car. After the test drive I told him I wanted it, just needed to work out a deal with my trade-in and the price, and he blew me off more and said he didn't have time, that he would call back in the morning. He didn't call back. I emailed and FINALLY got him to call back and he was being a complete idiot to me on the phone. I would not in a million year send even my worst enemy to this dump. No one there was professional or courteous. More

He said inappropriate things to her and argused and yelled at her when all she wanted was information about the warranty and wanted to know if they would work with her on fixing the electrical problem. They are still in business because they go by two differt names, Olymic Motors and Olymipia Motors. The other people are correct, they fraudulently give themselves good reviews to boost it up. I read on another site that they sold a poor women a car that had SUGAR IN THE GAS TANK!!!! These lowlife people need to be stopped!!! More
Bought a Mountaineer. Good price when compared to Kelly Blue Book. Noticed a couple issues before I signed the agreement. "Brian" looked me in the eye and shook my hand and said they would be fixed. Signed the papers and set a day to bring the vehicle back 3 days later. Couple touch ups but the main thing was a transmission bump when you are coming to a stop.We will have our guy here at 10 AM Friday. Me and my family come in Friday early by 30 minutes. Guy doesn't show up until 2:30 PM and when I make a comment about the inconveinece I get my head bit off by "Brian" who used to be a nice guy before I bought the vehicle. OK it's on now. I stand up and get angry telling him to get the manager I'm not dealing with him anymore. The manager comes out and he hides his "fill in blank here" back in the main office never seeing him again. Manager said another hour. Very sorry. OK. I'm back to being patient. Truck gets "rigged" up and thinking it was "fixed" we leave. Keep in mind there is a 30 day "we will fix your problems garuantee". We start noticing the problem again and gets worse on day 42."Bring it back in" he says. We do. This time we leave it there so it gets fixed right. They have the thing for over a week and said to me when I pick it up......." yea....you do have a transmission problem". They said they weren't going to fix it. HA. I contact the BBB and let their guy contact him. He calls me back up and says....."they will give you half price on a $4000 tranny". Great. Now I buy a vehicle for 19,000 dollars now I have to shell out at least 2 k. Nice. They won't touch that vehicle again. By the way. If there is any positive reviews anywhere on the net it's because they have a full time "web guy" who posts vehicles online and also fixes rating by acting as a purchaser that is happy to confuse potential buyers. Check for yourself. You'll notice an area will be plastered with fake sounding reviews all around the same time. Also they have an 7 foot tall NBA looking bodyguard they keep in the office if that aint enough. I don't know how these bs artists can sleep at night. More
