When we arrived we were not bombarded with salesmen, but were able to look around the lot. After about ten minutes, Bryan, our salesman came out and asked if we needed any help and took us to the vehicle that we saw advertised. The price listed on it did not match the one listed in the newspaper. Bryan said that we had to meet eight criteria in order to get the price that was advertised, such as already owning a Hyundai, being an American Vet, etc. We did not meet any of the eight criteria. We told the Bryan that we were not willing to pay the price that was listed on the car. We came out to them because of the price they listed in the advertisement. Bryan said that since it was the last of that year on the lot that he would go talk to his manager and see what they could do for us. They came back with an offer that was less than a thousand dollars more than the price in the advertisement. Bryan said that was the best they could do for us. Bryan was very up front and honest with us though the dealership's advertisement was not. We took their offer and have been VERY happy with our purchase and would consider buying from Bryan and this dealership again, if they gave us a fare price in the future. More

I am used to going in to a place and having pushy salesman and noting but attitudes and fakeness.. The people who work here are the complete opposite!! They helped me with deciding what was the best options for me, and not for them!! All my questions were answered in full, and no playing around... My family and myself were even fed dinner the night we got our car!!. Great service, great dealership, amazing people, and the most welcoming, non-pushy place that I've ever dealt with!! Wendy went above and beyond helping us find the right vehicle for us. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the product she is selling. The safety features alone made this the car for us. Wendy helped put us in a car that would keep us and our son safe if we were to be in ant type of car accident. When we came in for our test drive, we instantly fell in love with our 'new to us' car. Wendy made the paperwork a breeze, letting us know all the papers we needed with us up front. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. Very Satisfied Customer Review. I met Chris Bolen on Saturday, 3-29-14 about 10 minutes before closing time while I was looking at two different used Subaru cars on the lot in Wentzv I met Chris Bolen on Saturday, 3-29-14 about 10 minutes before closing time while I was looking at two different used Subaru cars on the lot in Wentzville. We spent almost an hour looking at the cars, and since it was after closing, I asked if I could come back on Monday (31st) and drive the Subaru Outback that I was very interested in. On Monday, Chris and I went for an extended test drive, and I decided that I would purchase the car (after my wife saw it) provided we could come to an aggrement on the deal. My wife and I came back to the dealership after she came home from work, and with help from Chris and the management team, we wrapped the deal after 10pm and I took my new car home that night. Everyone at the dealership was more than helpful and polite even though we kept them after closing. I will strongly reccommend Suntrup Hyundai-West to anyone I know who may be looking for a car, I myself expect to be a return customer, and I will be sure to ask for Chris Bolen when I'm in the market for my next car. Thank you for this opportunity to express my gratitude for the wonderful treatment that my wife and I received. More
