Wendy went above and beyond helping us find the right vehicle for us. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the product she is selling. The safety features alone made this the car for us. Wendy helped put us in a car that would keep us and our son safe if we were to be in ant type of car accident. When we came in for our test drive, we instantly fell in love with our 'new to us' car. I met Chris Bolen on Saturday, 3-29-14 about 10 minutes before closing time while I was looking at two different used Subaru cars on the lot in Wentzv I met Chris Bolen on Saturday, 3-29-14 about 10 minutes before closing time while I was looking at two different used Subaru cars on the lot in Wentzville. We spent almost an hour looking at the cars, and since it was after closing, I asked if I could come back on Monday (31st) and drive the Subaru Outback that I was very interested in. On Monday, Chris and I went for an extended test drive, and I decided that I would purchase the car (after my wife saw it) provided we could come to an aggrement on the deal. My wife and I came back to the dealership after she came home from work, and with help from Chris and the management team, we wrapped the deal after 10pm and I took my new car home that night. Everyone at the dealership was more than helpful and polite even though we kept them after closing. I will strongly reccommend Suntrup Hyundai-West to anyone I know who may be looking for a car, I myself expect to be a return customer, and I will be sure to ask for Chris Bolen when I'm in the market for my next car.
