A.C. not cooling properly. Dropped off my truck, which I bought last year from Marshall Ford, at 7 a.m. and went in and had a cup of coffee then my service man Harlin came and s Dropped off my truck, which I bought last year from Marshall Ford, at 7 a.m. and went in and had a cup of coffee then my service man Harlin came and said they had some back log from the night before so he wasn't to sure when they would get to it so I called my wife to come and get me but before she got there Harlin said the service technician Neil had started on it so the wife and I went to breakfast then took me home. Later before noon Harlin called saying my truck was done and your porter came and picked me up. Everyone was so nice it is always a pleasure to go to Marshall Ford and we will be bringing in the wife's Ford Escape which we also bought from Marshall Ford for service. We recommend Marshall Ford to whoever is looking for a vehicle. More
