Airbag recall Airbag light came on after being replaced,went immediately back to service dept. They told me i would be charged for them to check why the light wa on Airbag light came on after being replaced,went immediately back to service dept. After several calls to complain they had me bring my car back,only to dicover something was left unplugged on my first visit.It took a week for them to realize their mistake and offered no apology for they way this was handled. I love my car but hate the service at this dealer. More

Warranty Work No communication, I called it get status and was told they would call after lunch, 2 1/2 hours later no call. Stopped by and they could not tell me the status of repair. and where the van was. After 20 minutes they told me a tech had it out driving it. Fifteen minutes before they close found out they only drove the van to test the light. I would not let them do anything else so I took the van from them. Service dropped the ball badly. Had the van from 8am to 5:45pm and only drove it. I would not recommend the dealer or service and will not go back. Very bad customer service and the skills of the service writers very very low. The worst customer service I have ever received at a dealership. More

Said that the cars problem was normal to miss a little , but wouldn't admit it when other people were around. Was told I would have to call chrysler to deal with it. The 2014 grand caravan was brand new and it only has about 1800 miles on it. I'm sorry I went to that dealer. More
Softtop issue I had my softtop installed on my 14 JK no longer than 2 weeks. After being placed into sunrider mode for the second time the top would not latch close I had my softtop installed on my 14 JK no longer than 2 weeks. After being placed into sunrider mode for the second time the top would not latch closed. I called Jason at the dealership and he had me bring it in and see Byron. They trouble shooted the issue the same day replaced a defective plastic part and had everything all finished. Upon completion Byron met myself and my family at the service department, went and retrieved my keys so that he could explain the part and what to watch for. Even made sure that I did not blame my daughter lol for it happening on her watch. I was wowed by this experience and feel that Jason and Byron should be commended on a job well done!
