I took my Dart to South County Dodge and within 4 days they had a brand new engine, front left axel, the radio updated and the recall fixed ( break booster ). 3 of the 4 cylinders were so bad that the engine could not be rebuilt per Chrysler. I'm courious why Royal Gate after almost a year couldn't figure that out! My husband and I both returned back to Royal Gate dodge to let them know that the Dart was repaired with a brand new engine and how bad the old one was, I got nothing but a sales manager to talk to me and he was very arrogant! Before I left, the arrogant sales manager assured me he would let Mike and the owners know I came in and wanted to speak with them. I never did hear back from anyone and that really is no surprise due to the fact they never returned any of my calls in the past. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car or have one serviced there! I did not talk to one person at Royal Gate that gave a crap about my well being and a car that was stalling on and off on dangerous roads due to the fact the car was using excessive amounts of oil. Royal Gate claimes that it is normal and the car is running as designed. No one else agrees with them that it's normal for this car, in brand new condition, to burn a quart of oil in 750 miles. If that was true then why did my Dart get a new engine by South County Dodge and other repairs within 4 days?
