The service advisor was excellent and the service for air filter, cabin filter and oil change was excellent. I was very disappointed that the previous agreement I had for free tire rotation was not longe filter, cabin filter and oil change was excellent. I had purchased my tires from the Dealership in November 2021 and had received free tire rotation in between previous maintenance visits and this one. I went for an oil change last week, without an appointment and they got me in straight away with no issues have my Durango serviced and maintained.
