I wasn't able to get an appointment for quite a while at the dealership that I usually use, which is closer to my house, so I gave Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a call and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. I'm so glad that I went to them and now they will be who I use all the time. The general vibe was so pleasant plus I felt like they were trustworthy. My only complaint, which is probably just and automated thing that their system does is that I'm always addressed by my husbands name in emails, texts, and his name was even on the service ticket even though I was the one who called and scheduled it. I drive the car, make all the payments, pay the insurance, pay for and schedule all the maintenance and repairs and never gave my husband's name. I'm guessing that some system is picking up his name off of the title when they put in the VIN or something. Either way, I don't think it should be that hard to address me by my name since I gave it to them when I called to schedule service and I'm the one who brings the car in. My name is on the title also so if they addressed both of us, it wouldn't bother me as much. More
