My last two vehicle purchases have been at Cleburne Ford. Both times I bought Mustangs and have been very satisfied with the quality of my cars as well as the process of buying it. And anything that I needed subsequently afterward.. The service department people are exceptional, especially Tammy Mendoza, she’s the best! Everything I’ve encountered from the sales to just need you to bring it in for an oil change using valet service or coming up myself have all been very pleasant experiences with Cleburne Ford. I have no reason to go anywhere else.! I look forward to my next purchase of a Mustang, which will probably be soon!! More
If I could give a quarter of a star I would. I drove 400 miles to pick up a car. Everything seemed fine. Left a few personal items in my trade counted them lost no big deal. Three days later I still haven’t received correspondence from my sales associate on the parts that they took from the car that were on the sticker, I paid for the parts. Don’t know where they are. Next I realized that they have touched up the paint all along the passenger side from transportation damage, and left the damage on the rear of the vehicle. I will take half the blame for that, I should have inspected better but needed to make the trip back. Typical car sales take your money and then forget about you. Even the manager said well have a good day. More
