Recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Cayenne, unfortunately dealer claimed A/C worked great. Upon delivery, the air conditioning did not work leaving us with a vehicle that needed to go to the shop on day one dealer claimed A/C worked great. Upon delivery, the air conditioning did not work leaving us with a vehicle that needed to go to the shop on day one since it’s 95 degrees outside. Dealer so far is denying that they intentionally misrepresented the vehicle condition to out of state buyer. Hoping they will repair the vehicle out of good faith to restore customer satisfaction and trust. I’ll report back if a positive scenario unfolds. Till then BUYER BEWARE! More
