Their people lack information about the promotions they send today, I was an hour before they opened to be one of the first customers, however when it was my turn I told them that I forgot my brochure at h send today, I was an hour before they opened to be one of the first customers, however when it was my turn I told them that I forgot my brochure at home to change my oil and filter for 34.95 and They told me that I had to bring my brochure since this service was for 88.00 dlls. They made me go home again and bring them the brochure so that they could do this service for me. I had to go back and get wet and wet my unit inside since the weather was rainy. I really lost a lot of time and the weather conditions make me see that it is a terrible service that has been given to me on this occasion. Big shout out to Zack. .. He did a great job keeping me informed, using my bumper to bumper warranty, and getting me in a rental car. He made me feel good about the services .. While my truck was being worked on the technician found a bad wheel bearing and that got replaced also. I was missing a couple bolts for the shroud under the front end and Zack gave me a couple extra and would have put them in real quick but I was in a hurry so I got a "To Go Bag". Couldn't be happier with the service and speed of my repairs. New transfer case and wheel bearing completed in just a few days! More
