They do the job quicky and inspire one's confidence. My friend has had such a very opposite experience with his dealership (a diff. manufacturer, not Nissan). The contrast between his misery and my satisfaction says all the more about this dealership and how much such service is to be valued. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I made an appt. online for the next day for A/C issues and received a text message in less than 10 minutes from my assigned Service Rep., Jen. I made an appt. online for the next day for A/C issues and received a text message in less than 10 minutes from my assigned Service Rep., Jen. Jen arranged for my rental car which I had within minutes of arriving at the dealership and check-in / check-out was fast and efficient with Julian (a very nice guy). Since I am new to Clear Lake Nissan, the service process was explained to me and Jen let me know I would receive text messages with each step as service progressed on my car. A video with my car issues was sent to me and the estimated cost of the repairs. I have never received a video before, this is new to me and I really like it. Jen took care of all the extended warranty approvals and had my car fixed and ready for pick up by the end of the 2nd day. This is the best experience I have had with car repairs at a dealership and should my car need work in the future, I'm definitely coming back here. Thank you Jen for all of your assistance through this process! More

From the moment I spoke to the sales rep, Erik, who ended up selling my vehicle, provided EXCELLENT service. The manager to the finance rep to even the customer service team amazing.
