I had an appointment. My service agent wasn’t present. I looked inside the service center and for the 2nd time, EVERY agent, to include my service agent Crystal was on their cell phone, except for 1 young m looked inside the service center and for the 2nd time, EVERY agent, to include my service agent Crystal was on their cell phone, except for 1 young man. He acknowledged me and came out. There was a time when I would roll up on the red carpet and a service agent would open the door and greet me. The young man name was Aaron. He signed me in and took care of me. The service agent I made the appointment (Crystal) never acknowledged I was there and she would be taking care of me. This is NOT the service I’m accustomed to. I spoke with Brian about a situation I had with my coupon. Crystal had no idea of what I was talking about. I found an agent that I would love to speak with until I no longer need your services. His name is Aaron. When Shane was my representative, he would come to me and tell me what he was doing, any problems he found. I was always informed. I hate giving bad reviews, however, I received bad service. More
