When I called about it they will then want a fee to check the problem, and don't count on the manager calling you back for any resolve. Nissan Clear Lake will have reported to Nissan USA that it was fixed, and Nissan USA will not stand behind the customer. Trust but verify before signing or you will be stuck with a bill while they get paid from Nissan USA and you. More

The general sales manager Chad Frank was very rude. He came out didn’t introduce himself. He came out after we had been there over 2 hours. We were in the process of negotiating a cash deal. Someone else came in after us, and they sold the car while we were in the process of buying it. He was awful. He was very shrewd and cold hearted. A very terrible attitude. The experience was awful and very disappointing. We will never come back there or recommend anyone else again. It’s so sad my granddaughter had to go through this while her mom, her grandad, and myself her grandmother went through this awful experience. We have never experienced anything like this before.
