I wouldn't trust them. Not only did they scam me on a used 'as is' Volvo- pretty sure they hid the major transmission problem. But also took my 94 -850 in for a recall on the gas tank. It had obviously been leaking for some time. They said they checked it and ok to go. We still smell gas for the next 5-10 years until one day a trail of gas is leaking out of the back and then onto carport. Jacked it sideways and put bucket under. Call Volvo North America and took car back to dealership on a rainy day for safety reasons and so I didn't have to pay a tow. Do not trust on service or sales. But their parts department is awesome, quite helpful. More

I’d give them no stars if I could. About 2 weeks ago today , I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from them. I told them I was coming in advance and I spoke with Esmeralda, we came up with a pri About 2 weeks ago today , I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from them. I told them I was coming in advance and I spoke with Esmeralda, we came up with a price over the phone since she said it was negotiable and she said that a mechanic would be checking the car out before I got there. (This was the 1st lie). I came bought the the car and test drove it since it was the end of the day, and I was reminded of such by Esmeralda I tried not to drive it for too long but no light , car appeared to be advertised . I purchased the car and then 24 hours later it overheated sitting still and it felt like the transmission was slipping or engine stalling ( I wouldn’t know the difference) . I called them back and brought the car, I was told by their manager with a very rude attitude, Yensenia Moreno, that I bought the car as-is so oh well and I was also gaslight and being told that no one would say that the car was being looked before I got there because that is against their policy, and no mechanic would have looked at it and was called a liar for saying that’s what Esmeralda said.. only after when I threatened not to leave, did they say that would look at the car and that I could have a replacement for 24 hours. I was told then that the car was fully checked out, it just needed some water, the manager even said this is my number in case you have any trouble again. I get the car back but I barely drove it then a few days ago the check engine light comes on. I take it to a trusted mechanic and was told that it has transmission failure and I need to take to a transmission shop. I started calling the office and receive no answer, text Esmeralda, no response. Only after my dad calls do I get a return phone call and by a extremely rude Yensenia about their As-Is policy and she didn’t understand why we were calling them even after she gave me her number (which I admittedly lost) and said that I could call her. She even said they never really looked at the car when I brought it the first time, they just seen it needed water and put some in. (So yet another lie) she was being so rude, I ended up hanging up the phone before she could even finish. Now I have had this car for 14 days total and I already am back at square one as I was sold a lemon. I explained to them that I’m a single mom and the situation was foul honestly. They do bad business and honestly they are fraudulent liars and you are literally risking your money if you shop with them More

Bought used Silverado, easy car buying experince Bought a 2013 Silverado there this month. Found it online and got my financing set up at local credit union before I went. Called ahead to verify it was there and they said it was, and they asked when I would be by and I said on my way. So my dad, my 3 year old son and myself pull up to find the truck pulled into the dry In front of the dealership waitin for us. Sales guy came right out and started showing it to us. Took it for a drive and made an offer, and after about 15 min of negotiations we made a deal that I feel like was in my favor. They started paper work, service took the truck to clean and gas. I sat down with finance and wrote a check and closed the deal, then we were on the road. My only compliant if I had to have one was the truck needed an oil change when I bought it, didn't notice til I got home or j would have asked them to do it. It was on 13% oil life when I bought it. But very happy with my truck and the experince and the sales team and management, all treated me and my dad like we were one of the guys. Would buy another car from them in the future. Also received a thank you card from sales man in the mail two days later. More

Beware I left our car for simple service and was given a quote. Left it for 24 hours to give them plenty of time and when I went to pick it up at closing it I left our car for simple service and was given a quote. There was no added services needed but still turned out at least $150.00 more than original quote. Disappointed. More

Terrible experience My wife saw car she liked could barely get staff to acknowledge her presence when she went to look at it. I went and my experience was not much better only dealer in my car search that I had to ask for keys to look at inside of vehicle and to take for a test drive. I asked if it would be possible for them look at my car while I was taking test drive, the sales manager on duty told me "there would be plenty of time to do that later" and refused to do so. After test drive had to wait another 20 min to have my vehicle appraised only to receive a low ball take it or leave it offer. Was so displeased with the treatment I received I went to company website and sent Rick Clayton email as he suggests on company website but never heard back from him either so I will continue to search for vehicle for my wife. Vehicle we were interested in is still on lot a month later shame as my wife really liked it. More

Car dealerships in general are notorious for high pressure sales which for me is an absolute turn-off. Such is not the case with Clayton Volvo. The salesperson Matthew Self was kind, caring and court pressure sales which for me is an absolute turn-off. Such is not the case with Clayton Volvo. The salesperson Matthew Self was kind, caring and courteous as well as his superior staff members Frank and Clarence. These individuals know they have a great product and let the car sell itself with their guidance. They led my wife and self through the sale process with as few problems as possible. They were willing to work with us at every step of the auto sale. It is refreshing in this day in age and current economy to find such individuals. I wholeheartedly recommend Clayton Volvo to anyone interested in the purchase of a fine Volvo automobile. Wayne More
