Could you give each customer associate a business card with a direct dial number? Calling into the dealership is daunting. One waits to reach a live person, and then one waits to be connected to the proper customer associate in service, and everything seems to take a long time. In addition, have someone at the dealership call and say that the car is ready. It should not be my responsibility to call and ask if the car is ready. More
