My car was towed to the Clay Subaru dealership for service. Overnight my car was broken into. I was never contacted by the dealership but the police. Patrick was very unprofessional and condescending. service. Overnight my car was broken into. I was never contacted by the dealership but the police. I had to resort to the Clay Subaru website to find the employees name. Horrible customer service. Patrick conducts himself as if he is a child. More

I found Amanda and Clay Subaru Service team to be extremely friendly and very customer focused. I am generally cautious when it comes to car service. Oftentimes, it feels like I'm being up sold (recommended additional paid services that's not needed yet). In the case of Clay Subaru, it feels like the opposite. Amanda went out of her way to make sure that I was not wasting my time and money by answering many questions (and looking up information) over the phone before I decided to bring the car in. When I brought my car in, Amanda made sure I was well taken care of. I found the rest of the Clay staff to also work similarly. The service department at Clay Subaru was quite impressive. I will definitely be back. More

Amanda Fournier (Service) and Joe Allai In November, during Thanksgiving week, my car needed a major repair. I needed the car for Thanksgiving day. Amanda Fournier (Service) and Joe Allain (Finance) were involved with the repair and the service agreement. Each of them made an exerted effort to meet my need. They could not have done more. Their performance was OUTSTANDING. Their concern for the customer was obvious. Due to their efforts, I had my car the night before Thanksgiving. On a scale of one to ten, they are one-hundred. Clay Subaru should be extremely proud of Amanda and Joe, and should keep them in its employ for years to come. More
