Service was quick, but no car wash? This was the first time I brought my 2018 Outback in for a service call. All that was needed was an oil change, but I asked if they could wash and vac This was the first time I brought my 2018 Outback in for a service call. All that was needed was an oil change, but I asked if they could wash and vacuum the car as well. The service rep gave me a inquisitive look and told me this would take an extra 1.5 hours and cost me $35. I was shocked that a complimentary wash and quick interior vacuum are not part of the customer service approach to cars brought in for service. My other car is a Toyota Highlander, and every time I bring this into Prime Toyota, these services are provided without hesitation nor inquiry. Otherwise, the service was quick and effective. More

Waited for 1.5 hours (+) for an oil change I purposely scheduled my oil change before work with what I thought was an ample "buffer zone" to get to work on time. I was wrong.
