My car was towed to the Clay Subaru dealership for service. Overnight my car was broken into. I was never contacted by the dealership but the police. I made an appointment to test drive an Impreza, and when we got there someone else was test driving the car. They ended up buying it and there weren't others on the lot. This was fine and I did not see it as the dealership's fault. However John, the sales rep we worked with, was pushy about me trying other models that I was not interested in purchasing. Further, when my mom asked him questions about the difference in footprint/size between the Impreza and Crosstrek, he didn't know, which a following rep at another dealership was able to tell my mom off the bat. John then called me later in the day to try to email me financing information still without having a car for me, which felt pushy once again. Perhaps other reps are better, but I do not recommend working with John at Clay. More

I bought my third Subaru from Clay Subaru and 2nd from Joe. I love the car and dealing with the Clay team from Oscar to Joe to the service and finance teams is an absolute pleasure.
