I negotiated with a sales representative named Tony and he showed great professionalism from our first email correspondence until today when I went in for the vehicle overview and inspection. Tony was at the door every time to shake my hand. Tony was very patient and worked his hardest to earn my business for the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. Upgrade I had scheduled a oil change on my way to work, when I arrived I was met by Mike Brooks sales associate. He wanted to show off the new 2018 Outback. After seeing the new features on the 2018, I was impressed, I like the new radio system and all that had to offer. So I decided to upgrade . Mike showed me the paperwork, it was such a easy transition. It was just a change in paperwork! I went back 2 days later and picked up my new 2018 Outback, i didn't even change color white! Mike Brooks was great, this was the 3rd Subaru I had purchased from Clay Subaru. I can say the easiest. They are true professionals and make your experience comfortable.
