Headlamp replacement under extended warranty Headlamps on my 2010 Legacy have a burnout issue that has been covered under a Subaru self-imposed extended warranty started about 2 years ago. I hav Headlamps on my 2010 Legacy have a burnout issue that has been covered under a Subaru self-imposed extended warranty started about 2 years ago. I have had 4-5 headlamps replaced at no charge (one within 2 months of getting a new one. There is no explanation about why the headlamps keep burning out so frequently but they are always replaced quickly and at no charge with a smile whenever they do burnout. More

He said he will do his best to help me, a foreigner that is newly arrived this country and this area. This is really makes me feel good. Then, when we decided the model, we went back to Tony. He is very patient during the couple of conversations, instruct us what to do, offered us a good price, let us know how to work with Insurance company, so that we got the car that I want very smoothly. The staff working in Clay are all nice and friendly, everyone say hello to you every time, ask you what they can help, offer us the drinks and cookies, the environment is clean, very nice. I was given a ride back to house so I did not have to wait at the dealership. Service technician kept me informed of the progress of the work by phone and called again when service was complete. Cost of repair was fair and reasonable. I have serviced my vehicles at Clay Subaru since new and have never had any issues with any repairs or routine service matters. More
