HORRENDOUS Experience Was quoted two different prices, then when I received my bill it was yet another price, hundreds of dollars higher than I was originally quoted!! We rushed in just before close on a Saturday to see a slightly newer off-lease model, and he was more than happy to help. Took time with us and did not press us into a buy decision on-the-spot. We came back a week later and closed on a slightly nicer, lower mileage offering. Very courteous, straightforward about where he could/couldn't wiggle, understood that we knew the product and was very knowledgeable about informing us on feature/design updates. We are very likely to come back when in a few years when the wheels fall off this purchase or our hybrid compact 2nd car. More
