I would recommend anyone to go to clay and deal with joey when it comes to financing your car, he was so personable with the whole process, I felt like I had known Joey forever after we were done with the paper work! I look forward to re financing with joey in the future! I would recommend him to anyone and I HAVE since the purchase of my car in December! I am so fortunate that I had the pleasure of having Joey to walk me through every step, I was nervous at first but by the time we were through, due to how knowledgeable he was with everything, I was sure this was the best choice by far! David was helpful and got me out on time. David was a good salesman and helped me get out of the dealership as soon as possible so I could get back to Boston. My finance person was amazing and everyone else in the dealership was great. My only regret in the experience was not having any color choice. If I could go back I would want a choice, at least a choice between one or two colors. Black will be fine, but I like color in my vehicles and when we were going through the process I asked David about other colors and he was quick and dismissive and said, oh there are no other colors. Leaving the dealership I found that hard to believe and did like the car, so yes I made the decision to buy it. I think at that moment instead of just trying to get the sale, I am a pretty easy sale, always have been at Clay, I wish he would of pulled out a selection and showed me some options. At least show that he actually looked in to it. The car will be great, The inside is awesome, I just wish I left more excited for a big investment. I would of waited for an orange or blue or khaki. I think that Clay needs to show the color options to their regular customers and not just try to get a car off the lot at the end of the month. Otherwise Dave was knowledgeable and worked hard to push through my information so I could get to Boston to get my parking sticker. Which I got on time. Thank you for that Dave. Kevin Rice More

Vrooom I was always sold on getting a Subaru this will make my 5th one but I come from Colorado and have yet to purchase a vehicle in Massachusetts this is m I was always sold on getting a Subaru this will make my 5th one but I come from Colorado and have yet to purchase a vehicle in Massachusetts this is my first. Needless to say things are a bit different out here. Never before have I considered any service plans until I met Joey. He doesn't give a hard sale it's more nuanced with facts and data. I selected a prepaid maintenance and tire hazard wheel hazard. My first week of ownership I damaged my front wheel and obliterated the conjoining Tire. Ordinarily I would not have had protection and would have been on the hook for the $1,100. I'm very grateful I have the protection and the way we structured my bill the savings on routine maintenance and interests more than covered what I paid for my protection plan and I have a $500 rebate for my spouse. What would have been a terrible experience worked out for me as I got a brand new shiny alloy wheel and tire without a cent out of pocket. More
