Treated with respect I don't have a lot of experience with car dealers and was dreading interacting with the stereotypical salesman. I related what I was looking for and was offered several options to consider. Price was very important to me and the salesman and finance dept personnel took a lot of time to work the numbers and explain each figure until I was comfortable understanding what was being offered and why. I felt confident that I was getting a great vehicle at a very fair price. I also felt that going forward, I have a competent dealership to take care of repairs and maintenance, which will keep my new vehicle running for a long long long time. More
