I negotiated with three area Subaru dealers and Clay offered the best customer service, the best value for my trade, and the best price for the Forrester. I negotiated with a sales representative named Tony and he showed great professionalism from our first email correspondence until today when I went in for the vehicle overview and inspection. Tony was at the door every time to shake my hand. Tony was very patient and worked his hardest to earn my business for the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I am very satisfied with my experience and I am impressed that Clay Subaru has a professional like Tony on their staff. Through all of the years that I have been purchasing cars, this was hands-down the easiest and most enjoyable experience. I will be shopping with Clay again in the future and I will recommend them to my friends and family. More
Upgrade I had scheduled a oil change on my way to work, when I arrived I was met by Mike Brooks sales associate. He wanted to show off the new 2018 Outback. I had scheduled a oil change on my way to work, when I arrived I was met by Mike Brooks sales associate. He wanted to show off the new 2018 Outback. I went alone, not wanting to upgrade by 2016. After seeing the new features on the 2018, I was impressed, I like the new radio system and all that had to offer. So I decided to upgrade . Mike showed me the paperwork, it was such a easy transition. It was just a change in paperwork! I went back 2 days later and picked up my new 2018 Outback, i didn't even change color white! Mike Brooks was great, this was the 3rd Subaru I had purchased from Clay Subaru. I can say the easiest. They are true professionals and make your experience comfortable. Two of our daughters drive Subaru's also! Thanks again Mike! Kerry More
