The associate who dealt with us, Joe, seemed pleasant and fairly knowledgable, but he sometimes goes on for a bit too long describing the work that will be done. Your phone system is bad. Could you give each customer associate a business card with a direct dial number? Calling into the dealership is daunting. One waits to reach a live person, and then one waits to be connected to the proper customer associate in service, and everything seems to take a long time. In addition, have someone at the dealership call and say that the car is ready. It should not be my responsibility to call and ask if the car is ready. More

Mike made it so easy and the process was much quicker than I expected. Both Mike and Joey the finance guy were both so nice and explained everything to me quickly and clearly. When it came time to pick up my car, literally 2 days after signing my papers, Mike met with me to give me the keys, my registration, and even taught me about my Bluetooth and other gadgets in my car. My experience at Subaru was great; I’d recommend anyone to go there for their next ride and ask friends Mike Brooks. More
