Fantastic service, We live in New Orleans and are here for the eclipse. We had 2 check engine alerts. The car was not safe to drive. The service advisor was extremely helpful. I had a recall email from your dealership, so I made an online appointment with a comment on the form which said "please call me to explain the details of the recall". Nobody called me. My Eos transmission failed on a Saturday, I towed it to this dealer (nearest dealer from where the car was stranded) and have regretted it. parts.vw.com has the Mectron Part number 02E325025ALZ5L MRSP as $1564.88, on sale for $1408.39 but this dealer charged $1933.95. Tommy (Service manager) explained it as "that's MSRP, it doesn't say we can't charge more". Asian (Service Advisor) said that's not the retail price. I asked what she thought MSRP stood for. I had an estimate Monday afternoon, and I left voicemail and text - no reply. Tuesday afternoon, the parts were yet to be ordered and nothing was done on the car. If you work with one advisor, no one else on the planet will lift a finger to help. They do not work as a team. Terrible experience.
