I came to the dealership to have my hood latch repaired and showed me the broken part to see what had happened to it. They also told me that my brake pads had worn down to about 1 millimeter left and that and showed me the broken part to see what had happened to it. I had a couple of problems with my car but this dealership was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.
