I called ahead explaining my battery had died, needed a jump just to get there, made sure the right battery was in stock. When the bill came they tried to charge an extra $100 on a battery test that wasn’t jump just to get there, made sure the right battery was in stock. When the bill came they tried to charge an extra $100 on a battery test that wasn’t asked for. Also charged $60 more on the battery than originally quoted (not labor costs). The ask for payment without even giving an invoice. So I had to have them read through everything otherwise I wouldn’t have caught the “test” they had on there. More
