Jason, when you bought the vehicle, documents were signed saying that you accept the vehicle as is, that there are no issues. When you came in days after purchase upset about a scratch we fixed it, in good will, and it was not satisfactory for you. We then touched it up again for you to do our absolute best to try and remedy this issue. The check engine light could come on for many reasons due to extensive time on the lot, and fixed that issue as soon as it was brought to our attention. We apologize that our attempts to satisfy you, have fallen short, but we have done everything within our power to help.

To whom ever responded. I notified you on the lot before purchase that the light was on. I was told not to worry and “restart” the car. I also returned same day to notify you of the damages. I also notified you of what the check engine light was for. You also stayed the car “just came in” so it could not have been on the lot long as you state. You asked me to return the following week. I accepted the car as is for a new car, damaged was well hidden by your staff. You still have not fixed the issue. You response has grossly mis respected yourself and the situation. I worked hard to work with you but still haven’t resolved the issuer worked in good faith.

Keith, we are saddened that our recommendations were unsatisfactory for you. Our VW certified technicians did recommend to replace, or repair, the tires as there was impact damage, along with the wheel bearings; only a recommendation which is ultimately your decision to decline or approve of. We did not feel confident that a simple alignment was sufficient to put the vehicle back into a safe driving condition , as severe damage could occur.

Chris, we're sorry that our efforts when the issue with your vehicle arrived were not satisfactory for you. In March was when the issue occurred, and we offered to fix it immediately. You came back to our Service Department in late August to fix that same issue that we offered to fix months prior. We put the effort to assist when the issue was found while your vehicle was under warranty, 4 months later, and miles later causing warranty to void, is when the vehicle was brought back in. However, our salesmen do not dictate what payment to provide you on a vehicle, those come from lenders as you know since you are a Financial Advisor. Audrey was aware that we offered the absolute best deal we possibly could for a lease on the Tiguan, and if you got a better deal somewhere else we are happy that you could obtain that and are happy the vehicle.

Volkswagen allows you to go down to a .00068 money factor on Tiguan SE leases - you were nowhere close and attempted to con someone into an embarrassingly bad deal via unfair and dishonest negotiating. When your "absolute best deal" is nearly $250/month higher than every other VW dealer in the Metroplex, I'm going to call your dealership out on it. Seriously, please explain to me how you get to a $600/month lease payment on a $28,000 MSRP car - I'll wait. As I said in my initial review, to anyone reading this - avoid this dealership. You'll find significantly better deals elsewhere.
