I had a recall email from your dealership, so I made an online appointment with a comment on the form which said "please call me to explain the details of the recall". Nobody called me. When I came to th online appointment with a comment on the form which said "please call me to explain the details of the recall". Nobody called me. When I came to the dealership they told me that there were no parts released yet, so they updated my engine firmware instead. Still no details about the recall, no one knew anything. More

My Eos transmission failed on a Saturday, I towed it to this dealer (nearest dealer from where the car was stranded) and have regretted it. parts.vw.com has the Mectron Part number 02E325025ALZ5L MRSP as $1564.88, on sale for $1408.39 but this dealer charged $1933.95. Tommy (Service manager) explained it as "that's MSRP, it doesn't say we can't charge more". Asian (Service Advisor) said that's not the retail price. I asked what she thought MSRP stood for. I had an estimate Monday afternoon, and I left voicemail and text - no reply. Tuesday afternoon, the parts were yet to be ordered and nothing was done on the car. If you work with one advisor, no one else on the planet will lift a finger to help. They do not work as a team. Terrible experience. I've owned VWs for 25+ years they this is the first time I've ever been pissed off enough to find out the Volkswagen Care line is 1-800-822-8987 to report them. More
Zero stars. Not one to usually go the extra effort, but Clay Cooley and Ralph are not able to provide a clear title on a car after 3 months. Apparently, you can Not one to usually go the extra effort, but Clay Cooley and Ralph are not able to provide a clear title on a car after 3 months. Apparently, you can sell a car when you don't have a clear title in hand. Once they had my cash in hand, Clay Cooley didn't care. I had two main issues – missing the second key, no tags/title, etc. I was told by their team that the keys were taking extra long due to supply issues, and they had to be shipped from Germany (Volkswagen Jetta). Also, once I talked with the shop it took two days, but the salesperson was too lazy to do the paperwork on the IOU. I guess they just thought I would go away. After a month with no tags or title, I called to check on that. They told me that the State of Texas was way behind. After a week, I called the State to check on the status. They haven't even filed the paperwork with the State of Texas. Finally asked to escalate and there I talked with Ralph. He said he can make things happen and would follow up. Ralph was not able to do anything. The same title department that was not answering my call didn't answer Ralph the GM. Summary – three months later, Clay Cooley still does not have a title and no status on when it will be delivered. My solution is to report it to the State of Texas and get an attorney. It does seem harsh, and you can say you need to be patient, but unfortunately, the car was totaled in a hail storm. I need to replace the car and need the title in order to get a check from the insurance company. If you read this...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CLAY COOLEY – you were warned. More

Took my vehicle to get serviced for a couple of things (oil change, headlight issue, and braking issue) on 01/19 and our service advisor, Asian Craven for some reason could not pull up our VW Drive Easy Program (but one of the finance employees could). We needed one of our running daytime lights replaced and she said the program most likely would not cover it, she wasn’t sure warranty would cover it and we would most likely have to pay for it. The pricing for service at this location is higher than other places. This specific service advisor seemed as if she did not know what they offered. We decided to not get our vehicle serviced here and went to another location we have previously used after our first bad experience here and they were able to pull up our program without a problem, the whole headlight was replaced under warranty and their service price was reasonable and they had amazing customer service! I will never be using Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Park Cities again and will not be recommending this dealership at all. More
I was not going to write a review about these folks, but why not. These folks tell you what you want to hear and do not follow through. I have a lot to say about my experience dealing with Clay Cooley. The why not. These folks tell you what you want to hear and do not follow through. I have a lot to say about my experience dealing with Clay Cooley. The most important one is DO NOT BUY FROM PARK CITIES CLAY COOLEY VOLKSWAGON. Drive the extra mile to another volkswagon dealership. This is the absolute worst dealership ever! ! Both the general manager Chris and the lease sales manager Shannon are snakes. They have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to the car busines ! Both the general manager Chris and the lease sales manager Shannon are snakes. They have no idea what they’re doing when it comes to the car business and they have no problem with lying to you! They made many mistakes through the whole process That I’m still having to deal with months later. The finance manager, Christy has no clue what she is doing either. So beware and do not for any reason buy a car from this dealership!! Because of this experience, I’ve had I will probably never buy another Volkswagen again and I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. More
