My experience was great and my Service Provider was very kind and attentive. However while we were going over the bill, another Provider was at her desk clipping her nails while on the phone with a customer kind and attentive. However while we were going over the bill, another Provider was at her desk clipping her nails while on the phone with a customer. It was so disgusting and distracting that I had to have my guy repeat everything. They treated my car well, but thats the kind of thing that would give serious pause on returning for future appointments. More
