Giving a customer the ability to make an appointment also gives them the concept that a walk-in does not take priority over them. Four hours for an oil change is beyond excessive and the excuse of being swam gives them the concept that a walk-in does not take priority over them. Seemed to work for the 30 cars I was told came in that morning that gave me a noon end to my 8:30 appointment for which I arrived 30 minutes early. The service is always good. Today it was painfully slow and diminished any good will that may have been earned. More
