I really like the service I receive from your service advisor, Asian. She is on top of her game and very communicative at this dealership. Unfortunately, I have grown uncomfortable with the actual mechan advisor, Asian. She is on top of her game and very communicative at this dealership. Unfortunately, I have grown uncomfortable with the actual mechanic work. And after many “second chances,” I simply do not feel like I’m getting honest and at times complete answers from the mechanics in your shop. I know that everything that malfunctions does not need to be fully replaced. What happened to fixing what is broken? I have been disappointed since a simple oil change ended in my having to get an entirely new stability plate for my convertible when the mechanics sent my car out of the garage and didn’t put it back on the underside of my car. Only to find out after driving it for a day or so that it had been thrown away. VERY disappointing and VERY dangerous for me as the driver. Most recently I came in for a check on my malfunctioning convertible top. Of course, your mechanics plugged it into a diagnostic machine, charged me over $200 for the computer diagnostic, and suggested a brand new convertible top system. I was told when I asked that no one ran a camera into the zone to look at it with human hands/eyes. I own my car outright. No warranty. My car has 23,000 miles on it. And I take excellent care of it. Today I do not feel like it runs smoothly as it has never been the same since that stability plate incident. Something makes it feel wobbly on the road. Thank you for really fantastic service advisors like Asian. Unfortunately, she can only relay information given to her by your mechanics. I will not be returning to Clay Cooley Volkswagen for any service in the future. I simply cannot trust it. More
