I went in for an oil change. I was not told it would take two hours. I was told over the phone that it would cost $119 and that my car would be washed. My car was not touched neither inside nor out as far as being cleaned. I’m not like so upset about it. I have unlimited car washes on my own. It’s simply the principle of it that it wasn’t done. I also walked out of there paying $134 somehow which was more than I was quoted the man even told me they were putting off my car doing other people’s cars which I saw because many people came in the waiting room and also left while I was sitting there. It was a very frustrating experience. I have bought multiple cars from this dealership. I’ve never actually used the service before, so this was a really frustrating. First time experience. More

Unfortunately I had a very bad encounter here. Not only was my car never properly diagnosed but they accused me of “ghosting” them for payment and charged my card and my insurance. When I went into the store I was cut off, called a liar and said I have left them no choice. After I sent in documents showing I had never been contacted and in fact the dealership never followed up with me…I was never given an apology. They attacked my character when they knew they were in the wrong to begin with. And like I said, my car was never even fixed. Will not be buying another car. More
